- 1-2 years of good Sales & Customer Service experience.
- Fresher’s are eligible.
- Handling incoming customer calls and chats.
- Soft Skills including empathy, strong passion for customer experience.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Processing sales, gathering and maintaining account information.
- Resolving and answering questions and concerns.
- Setting customer expectations for support.
- Assisting customers who are unable to connect to the Internet using a proven process.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Education – Any Undergraduate/Graduate(No BE/ B Tech/ MBA Fresher’s)
