Job Role: ETL Analyst
Experience: 2 Years
- Working with All Department Employees
- Develop and Translate programming specification into file loading/extracting procedures.
- Monitoring Team, Dev Support and App Dev Team, Database and server teams.
- Troubleshoot the file loading issues or extraction issues.
- Perform daily BAU for various inbound/outbound activities on client.
- Understanding and working on complex SQL queries.
- Provide off-Hours 24/7 Support as required.
- Strive to continuously improve the delivery processes and practices.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- MIS/ Reporting, data or systems analysis, design, or programming, and the associated methodologies.
- MS Excel, advance text editors or any other data analysis tools.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Call Center Metrics (Collections is preferred).
- SQL or MS Access Database.
- Knowledge of ETL methodologies and processes would be added advantage.
