Job Title: Technical Support
Experience: 2-4 Years
- Provides customer Remote Technical Support
- Log into all PBX switches, create alarms tickets, unplugged phone tickets, and assign all tickets to Hardware/Ticket Technicians.
- Check Trunk Utilization spreadsheet and look for trunk groups not taking traffic that should have traffic.
- Create tickets for all DS1/Trunk issues found via Utilization spreadsheet and in the Switch
- Request and track installation of all 911 labels
- Spot check the Master List – confirm sites added or removed
- PBX extension level MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes)
